Digital downloads: zero returns
Downloads (single pieces, sets and phone wallpapers) are delivered the moment you pay, so they can’t be returned, exchanged or refunded. You’ll be asked to confirm this at checkout.
If a file won’t open, email us and we’ll send you a working copy.
Posters, framed prints, hanger posters and greeting cards
Prints are made to order for you, so we don’t take returns for a change of mind. If something arrives damaged or misprinted, email a photo within 30 days and we’ll send a replacement free.
Commissions
A commission is a custom design service, not a product off the shelf: you’re paying for Marie’s time and design work on your piece. The finished artwork files and a personal-use licence for your own walls come with it. Because the fee pays for the artist’s time, it’s non-refundable. See the terms for the licence.
